Set of three framed illustrated and coloured plates (to scale) published and printed in the 1964, depicting well known sailing ships.
This set comprises of:
The Barquentine 'Waterwitch'
The Leeboard Ketch 'Halcyon'
The Collier Brig 'Unity'
Very light characteristic patina is present, including some wonderful light foxing.
This set would look equally at home as a gallery set on a feature wall or in a row along a hall or landing wall as it would in a commercial setting such as a public house, restaurant, hotel, sailing club etc.
These are presented in bespoke, hand-crafted mounts and black wooden frames with glass.
